 Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and staff,
the following policies are honored:

48 hour advance notice is required
Monday - Thursday
&
72 hour advance notice
Friday - Sunday

HOLIDAY POLICY 
Cancellation/rescheduling policy for Holidays including the week prior to
the holiday listed are as follows...
7 day advance notice is required
New Years 
Valentine's Day
Good Friday
Easter
Mother's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Halloween
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Policy applies to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.
When rescheduling, client is required to cancel initial appointment before reserving another.
This allows the opportunity for other clients to reserve the appointment time.
If you are unable to give us the required advance notice or do not show,
you will be charged the full price for your appointment scheduled
and may be required to prepay for any future appointments. 
(reduced or special prices are intended for clients that show and receive services as scheduled)

We do not offer reminder phone calls or call no-shows.

Organic Sun LLC does not reschedule because of rain.
If rain is forecasted for the day of your appointment, please bring appropiate loose fitting clothing
and umbrella to cover yourself after your tan is applied.

Snow Policy
The above cancellation policy applies.
If you are unsure that the roads will be safe for travel, we recommend that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 
within the required time unless other arrangements have been approved by our staff.
(no exceptions)

As a courtesy, Organic Sun LLC sends email reminders and confirmations of appointment times,
  regardless of whether you receive these emails or not,  you are responsible for the
appointment  you reserved, payment and all communication regarding any changes.

All clients are required to be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Out of respect for our clients receiving peaceful spa services, babies and small children are not permitted without prior approval.

Please note:  CASH is greatly appreciated.
There is a 3% convenience fee when paying by credit card
Paying with cash supports our small business and helps us avoid price increases for products and services.

Spa Etiquette

Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. 
 
If you arrive unprepared or late, your session may be shortened or cancelled in order to accommodate others
whose appointment follows yours.

Your service provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the “full” session.
Out of respect and consideration for your service provider and other clients, please plan accordingly.


PRIOR TO 6PM
CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN TEN MINUTES LATE WILL FORGO THEIR SERVICE AND WILL BE CHARGED
FOR THE APPOINTMENT MISSED, GRATUITY AND CONVENIENCE FEE.

AFTER 6PM 
YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER IS STAYING AFTER HOURS TO ACCOMMODATE  YOUR NEEDS, THEREFORE PLEASE BE ON TIME

 CLIENTS THAT ARE LATE WILL FORGO THEIR SERVICE AND
WILL BE CHARGED 
FOR THE APPOINTMENT MISSED, GRATUITY AND CONVENIENCE FEE.

Gratuity
We have clients who inquire as to appropriateness of gratuity for our services.
It is customary and standard practice to tip 15-20% in the service industry
for any full service provider.
