I discovered Karen online while searching for a place to get lash extensions but chose another establishment because of price. I initially spoke with Karen over the phone and she answered all of my questions thoroughly but I thought I might be able to save money going elsewhere. I was so disappointted with the lash extensions I received at the less expensive place, they actually itched and hurt so badly after one day that I called Karen to have them removed.
I was so impressed with Karen during my lash removal appointment that I immediately booked a new lash appointment with her.
My lashes are now beautiful, comfortable, super easy to maintain and my lash retention has been great!

I love this super convenient spa. I booked a spray tan here in January for my annual cruise and loved how beautiful it turned out. I decided to try the lash extensions for the spring and summer months and I am loving the compliments that I'm getting on them. I've seen Megan for my spray tans and Karen for my lashes and both ladies are very professional and do a fabulous job.

I decided to try this spa based on their excellent Yelp and Google reviews and I couldn't agree more. I initialy came in for a Lux Facial and the results from my first appointment were incredible! I also learned a lot of new information about skincare and products. I was so impressed with my facial experience that I made an appointment for lash extensions. I had a consultation with Karen and trusted her selection of the length, curl and color to acheive the look I had in mind. My lashes are gorgeous and I get compliments on them daily, I love that everyone assumes they're my natural lashes.

The lash extensions here are remarkable. I always get a brow wax and tint along with my lash fills. The theraputic hand lightening treatment is an added service that I do at times as well.

I am beyond excited about my lashes. This was my first lash appointment with her. Karen is like Rembrandt but her medium is lashes not paint. She painstakingly made sure that every individual lash was carefully selected for shade, shape, curl, and length to exactly suit my face, and just as painstakingly perfectly applied each individual lash extension. I absolutely love the result- Karen's lashes are now something I can't do without! She also made sure both on her website and in person to give detailed pre and post lash care instructions. She was also delightful to talk to, as was Brittany who did my tanner application. Karen and Brittany also always give excellent spray tans with a unique organic tanner that gives a truly natural, truly streak free tan application that does not produce an unpleasant smell like other spray tanning products. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the lashes and spray tanning results from this boutique exceed my very highest expectations. My sincere thanks to both Karen and Brittany.

I just got the lash and tan special and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The spa was beautiful, the rooms were clean and Karen was very attentative and professional. I was a little uncomfortable booking my first tan with Max but he was the only technician available on Saturdays. Max was a complete gentleman and made me feel very comfortable from the start. I love that my tan looks so natural and everyone is complimenting me on how pretty my color is.
They don't even realize that it's a spray tan.

I decided to try lash extensions several months ago and searched the web for a reputable place. I tried a lash studio in Raleigh which was closer to me and specialized in lashes only thinking that I would not only save a bit of money but also that they would be experts at what they did. Boy was I mistaken! After receiving a rushed service with lashes that felt itchy and heavy on my eyes, I contacted Karen to get her professional opinion. She not only educated me on lash extensions, she also removed my old lashes that were unhealthy for my natural lashes and applied a new beautiful set that not only looked natural, but also felt weightless. It's been 3 weeks since I got my first full set with Karen and my lashes still look and feel amazing. I would highly recommend Karen if you want quality, safe products that won't damage your natural lashes. Karen is very skilled at what she does and I will not go anywhere else. I have been coming to this spa for several months now. I wasn't getting good results at my previous place and I wanted a change. Enjoyed our time together for my facial service. You are very knowledgable and I could have fallen asleep on that table. My face is radiant and my daughter who is a cosmetologist commented on how vibrant I looked after my session. My husband said I glowed and a perfect stranger in the drug store asked how I kept my skin so nice. I gave her your card and told her of my experience. I am excited to start my home regime until I see you again in late February or March.
Also my tanning session was equally as pleasant. You are such the professional. It was my first spray tan session not done in a dangerous machine breathing chemicals. My husband said I looked so refreshed and healthy. It took about 9 days for the color to completely disappear, but I looked fabulous. I will be a return customer, that's for sure.

her chin and neck.

Surgery went well. I have to share...so we are driving into the hospital the day of the surgery and I told my husband I hope I don't see anyone I know because I am not wearing any makeup. He said, "your skin looks great, I wouldn't worry about it." He has said that a few times this week so THANK YOU! Then I went to the doctors yesterday and he decides to take out the stiches, which is early since I just had surgery on Monday. The intern went to ask the doctor again before he took the stiches out and he came back and said "the doctor likes to take the stiches out early on patients with good skin"...AGAIN, THANK YOU!

I just had my first ever facial at Organic Sun. It was amazing! Karen is very knowledgeable about skin types and the wonderful products she uses. I had the hour long facial with shoulder and arm massage. It was very relaxing and the ambiance of the studio is lovely. I came away with my skin feeling wonderful. Love! Love! Love! I walked in a pasty winter white and walked out with a warm summer glow! Karen was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job. My tan was even and natural looking.
